Regina Brandão-Haynes is a certified birth and post partum doula based in New York, New York. Born and raised in the same area, her passion for helping people began early on and it has stayed with her ever since.

Regina’s interest in the Doula industry started when a lactation professional recommended she look into becoming a Doula herself while she was having difficulty breastfeeding her son. However, her mother played the biggest role in leaving the corporate world and devoting her time to being there for the women who need unconditional support throughout their pregnancy.

She is also in the process of creating her very own business called Doula A.R.T.E. (each letter in ARTE stands for a loved one’s name: Aubrey, Regina, Tremayne, and Ezra). Keeping this in mind, Regina has a “from my family to yours” mentality in everything that she does. Hailing from a diverse area in NYC called Chelsea, she strives to reach out to every kind of family type.

Furthermore, Regina holds a B.A. in Communications with an Anthropology minor from Hunter College in New York City.

During her free time, Regina Brandão-Haynes enjoys cooking and photography and plans to offer both as packages within her doula services. Most importantly, she loves spending quality time with her husband and two beautiful children Ezra and Aubrey.
